CHESTERFIELD, VA (WWBT) - Last week we told you police said a man tried to grab a teenage girl as she was leaving a tanning salon in Chesterfield County.

Kevin Wyatt is the main suspect in the attempted abduction case.

His criminal record includes stalking and giving drugs to another teenage girl.

The Times Dispatch reported Wyatt gave a 15-year-old Chester girl drugs.

It's a felony, but was later reduced to disorderly conduct.

He was given a one year suspended sentence.

The paper also reported two women, which include the mother of his children that claimed Wyatt is a stalker.

The first criminal complaint filed in September came from a woman who says Wyatt and his girlfriend followed her to a couple of restaurants.

In March, a charge was filed by the mother of his children.

Both women told the court they fear for their lives and that Wyatt owns guns.

According to the Times Dispatch, both stalking charges were withdrawn by prosecutors the same month it was filed.

When the mother filed for a permanent protective order it was denied.

Wyatt is currently in jail without bond for that attempted abduction charge.
