Chocolate laced with Cocaine on Plane

A woman gets busted for trying to smuggle tainted chocolate bars through airport security. Customs and Border Protection officers seized more than four pounds of cocaine hidden inside chocolate bars and drink boxes inside the woman's luggage.

Plus, new information about the first case of Mad Cow disease in the U.S. since 2006. Now the investigation is on to figure out how a dairy cow got infected.

Today, VCU will unveil plans for it's new art institute. The 32-million dollar project will face one of the busiest intersections in Richmond.
