RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - At long last the State Budget Battle comes to an end in just a few hours.
A final, binding vote takes place tomorrow and the proposed budget is expected to pass easily in the heavily Republican House.
The real fight lies in the Senate.
Democrats still are not happy about transportation funding but those complaints are not likely to block passage.
Both the House and Senate convene at 3:00pm, Tuesday.
