CHESTERFIELD, VA (WWBT) - Dr. Judith McKenzie is dealing with a problem that could impact anyone - food poisoning.
Symptoms pop up 12 to 48 hours after eating contaminated food. They include abdominal cramping, vomiting, diarrhea and fever.
If you have the symptoms, see your doctor right away to avoid dehydration.
To avoid food poisoning, be sure you wash raw foods well and cook meats completely.
