RICHMOND,VA (WWBT)- In this Easter edition of 12 About Town we're featuring three fun family events filled with Easter bunnies, music, children's arts and crafts and much more!
Start off Saturday at Maymont with a big family event!
Starting at 11 AM Saturday, April 7 the Maymont Carriage House Lawn will be the place of an Easter egg hunt, magic show, and storytelling.
There will also be the chance for children to try out zip lining along with a bonnet parade.

The fun continues with the opportunity to spend a day in the garden with Peter Rabbit!
Both Saturday and Sunday Peter Rabbit will be at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden greeting visitors and taking photos.
Live bunnies will be in the children's garden and the Richmond Concert Band will perform.

What would Easter in Richmond be without Easter on Parade this Sunday!
Each year over 25 thousand people take a scenic stroll down four blocks of Monument Avenue.
This unique parade has food, arts and crafts, children's activities and even a petting zoo!
Don't miss out on seeing the biggest and the wackiest Easter bonnets on display.
This free event takes place from 1 to 5 PM.
