HENRICO, VA (WWBT) - Dr. Patrick Woodward is treating hives at Parham Primary Care.
As allergy symptoms ramp up, he is seeing a rash of hives.
Hives are a localized whelpy rash that causes the skin to be red, puffy and very itchy.
Bouts of hives are usually self limited and go away within a couple of weeks but if severe or persistent you should seek medical attention.
