HENRICO, VA (WWBT) - Your weight may be the one aspect of your health you have the most control over, but that doesn't mean its easy.
First off be honest with yourself.
Dr. William Ferrar suggests keeping all your clothes on when you get weighed at the doctor's office.
He argues that all you do is waste time when you take off 6 ounces of shoes and belts.
All you need to do is take off clothes you put on as you left house, like coats or sweatshirts.
Also, when you are measuring height leave 1" heels on to get your "office" height.
