HANOVER, VA (WWBT) - Two Hanover County brothers convicted of a brutal beating in Richmond's Fan district have lost an appeal.
A three judge panel ruled the trial court did not make any mistakes during David and Todd Landeck's jury trial.
A jury convicted the brothers of aggravated malicious wounding for the beating of a man with a wooden board on New Year's day 2010.
They are both serving 10 year sentences.
The case is not over yet- attorneys for the Landecks say they plan to take their appeal to the State Supreme Court.
