Two minors arrested in south side club fight

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Bricks were thrown at police cars — after officers used tear gas at a teen party along Midlothian Turnpike.

This caused a huge mess on the city's south side late Friday night. The fight started at the Q Club on Midlothian Turnpike. Q Club was hosting a teen party when a fight erupted. That fight then spilled out on the street.

When police arrived, they had to use tear gas on the fighters to break up the crowd.

Someone then threw a brick at a police car.

The action spilled over to the KFC, where our crews spotted people washing tear gas out of their eyes.

Richmond Police confirm two juveniles were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Those juveniles have since been released to their parents.
