RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - A judge will hear arguments over whether key pieces of evidence from the George Huguely murder case will be made public.
Several journalists are pushing for the evidence, which includes text messages between Huguely and Yeardley Love, as well as Huguely's videotaped police interrogation.
Last month, a jury found Huguely guilty of second degree murder and grand larceny and recommended 26 years in prison.
Formal sentencing is expected next month.
