RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - A Richmond police officer pleads guilty to two embezzlement charges -- but he won't serve any time behind bars.
Michael Talley will have to pay back nearly $2,000 in restitution.
He was sentenced to a little more than 3 years in prison for both charges, but all of that time was suspended.
He was arrested last year and placed on non-work status with RPD. But that could chance.
Policy says that convicted felons can not be employed with the department.
