Driving school facing charges

CAROLINE, VA (WWBT) - Federal authorities have brought fraud charges against a New York driving school attended by a bus driver involved in a deadly crash last year in Caroline County.

A criminal complaint accuses the school of helping an undercover agent cheat on a commercial license exam by using a jacket outfitted with a hidden camera.

Hundreds of people took the test at that school in the last two years.

One of them was Kin Yiu Cheung, the driver of a bus that crashed on I-95 near Kings Dominion last May. Four passengers died.

There's no allegation that Kin Yiu Cheung cheated. He's been charged with manslaughter.
