Sen. Warner to vote no on payroll tax

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Despite Republicans and Democrats reaching a deal to keep the payroll tax cut going until the end of 2012, one Virginia lawmaker won't be supporting the measure.

Sen. Mark Warner (D-Virginia) is usually the first in line to support a bi-partisan compromise, but he said his biggest concern is this deal will add $100 billion to the debt.

That is because lawmakers could not come up with a way to fill the gap left behind from the $20 that will not come out of your paycheck.

Warner warned that this deal will just make the country's problems worse.
