Developer wants to start new neighborhood in Ashland

ASHLAND, VA (WWBT) - In a time where you don't hear much about new home sales, one developer is hoping to start a new neighborhood in Ashland.

The Hanover County Planning Commission will take up a zoning request to build a new subdivision Thursday night.

According to the Times-Dispatch, HHHunt developers want to build 160 homes near Woodside Lane, just off Route 54.

Home prices would range from $265,000 - $320,000.
