PRINCE GEORGE COUNTY, VA (WWBT) - Police confirm the victim of a Friday night shooting in Prince George County is one of the owners of the K&L Barbeque in Hopewell.
Police say he did go to the hospital but is going to be just fine.
This all happened around 9:00 p.m. Friday in the 8400 block of Hines Road.
According to police, the husband and wife were returning home, when a robbery suspect approached.
That suspect shot the husband in the shoulder and took off, but not before he was able to shoot back.
No word on if the suspect was struck. The suspect's face was covered. But he described as thin and approximately six feet tall.
