Insomnia is when you can't get to sleep, can't stay asleep, you wake up too early and can't get back to sleep.
Dr. Espiritu suggests keep your sleep area quiet, block extra light from windows and no distractions.
Decrease stress, don't exercise before sleeping and no caffeine before sleeping.
