Exercise-induced asthma

CHESTERFIELD, VA (WWBT) - Dr. Larry Benson is helping his patients with exercise - induced asthma.

Symptoms include wheezing, coughing and/or chest tightness that occurs during or after exercise.

For severe cases, pulmonary function testing may be needed.  

If you take a specific medication before exercise, it can help.
