HENRICO, VA (WWBT) - A community fed up with recent crime is holding a meeting Tuesday to talk about how to stop it.
There have been a number of home break-ins in Henrico's Tuckahoe neighborhood in the county's west end.
Two people were arrested for some of the break-ins earlier this month. Residents say they thought the crimes would stop after that, but they didn't.
Now community leaders are meeting to discuss ways people can help protect themselves.
Two meetings are planned for Tuesday.
Tuckahoe supervisor Pat O'Bannon and Henrico police officers will meet with residents at 1:00 and 7:00 at the Tuckahoe Library.
They'll have tips on how to protect your home, and information on community watch programs.
