Valet driver accused in manslaughter case arrested

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Police have officially arrested the valet driver accused of running over a woman and killing her in downtown Richmond.

The man charged with involuntary manslaughter is 26-year-old Paul Gray, Jr.

Police tell us 23-year-old Josephine Stone-Varnier had just left work at Penny Lane Pub when she was hit and killed on North 5th street last October.

Right now, Gray is free on a $10,000 bond.

He has a hearing in February.
