General Assembly may pass a Tebow Law

Posted: Updated:

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - After years of trying, a bill allowing home-schooled children to play sports at public schools may have enough votes in the General Assembly to become law.

Called the Tebow Law for the Denver Broncos quarterback who was a Florida home schooler.

There are three house bills that would open public school stadiums and gyms to children who aren't enrolled there.
