CHESTERFIELD, VA (WWBT) - Starting from scratch at a work-out plan is a daunting task and sometimes it is so daunting that it keeps people from starting at all.
Dr. David Boyd argues that you don't need a gym membership to get healthy.
He recommends only 20 minutes to start, and that could lead to a new you.
Build whole-body fitness. In that 20 minutes spend time working different muscle groups in different parts of your body. This could even be done in your own home.
Repeat until you hit the twenty minute mark. As always speak with your doctor prior to starting any fitness program.
