HENRICO, VA (WWBT) - Dr. Bambi Gladfelter is warning about breast cancer.
There are usually no symptoms.
The best way to prevent complications is to get an early diagnosis, which is more likely with annual mammograms, annual physical exams and monthly self-breast exams.
Look out for nodule or a lump in your breast, pain or tenderness that doesn't improve, discharge from your nipples and a recurrent or non healing rash on your breast.
