HENRICO, VA (WWBT) – Henrico Police have two people in custody, and are searching for another suspect, following a Friday night robbery and police pursuit.

19-year-old Tevin L. Dixon and 30-year-old Jesse S. Miles have been arrested and charged with robbery, abduction and conspiracy to commit robbery.

Police say around 9:30 p.m. Friday, a female entered the Church's Chicken at 550 E. Laburnum Ave. and requested the use the restroom. When that request was denied, Dixon allegedly entered the restaurant, wearing a ski mask and gloves, and informed everyone inside of his intent to rob the restaurant.

We're told the female and Dixon then forced everyone to enter the restaurant's freezer, and then had an employee exit the freezer and assist in opening the store register.

A weapon was never displayed and nobody was hurt.

The two then fled the scene in a Gold Chrysler, allegedly driven by Miles.

A Henrico Police officer then spotted the Chrysler, with the vehicle's lights off, speeding down Laburnum Avenue. A traffic stop was attempted, but the vehicle wouldn't stop.

Following a pursuit, the Chrysler then crashed near the intersection of Laburnum and Hawthorne. Dixon and Miles were arrested, but the female suspect is still at large.

If you know anything that can help police with their investigation, you're asked to call Crime Stoppers at 780-1000.
