RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) – A grand jury indicted the suspect in the Christmas Eve double homicide and abduction in Church Hill.
Jamal Clemons faces two counts of murder in the deaths of Edward Bowmer Jr. and Robin Sheryl Clapp. He also faces an abduction charge, as police say he left the home on 35th Street in a stolen SUV with Kaiden Burnside inside. The two-year-old was later found safe.
Clemons is due back in court Tuesday.
