RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - There could be a late entry into the Republican race for U.S. Senate.
Conservative Delegate Bob Marshall, who came very close to winning the Republican nomination for Senate in 2008, is seriously considering another run.
Marshall told the Washington Examiner that he is trying to determine if he can muster the resources to collect the 10 thousand signatures necessary to get on the June ballot.
Marshall would join an already crowded field, led by former Senator George Allen.
The signatures are due March 12.
