HOPEWELL, VA (WWBT) - Police are investigating a deadly shooting out of Hopewell. Police tell us a male in his early 20's was found dead. He was shot in the back or torso.
They are still working to identify the victim.
It happened just before 8:30 in the 600 block of East Broadway Avenue.
Police say the victim was shot behind an apartment complex and that they are interviewing several witnesses.
