RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - 'Occupy Richmond' plans to hold one of it's biggest events of the year December 9.
Protestors are still camped in Richmond Free Press editor Ray Boone's front yard.
They plan to take their message Downtown as part of National Human Rights Day.
They will meet at Monroe Park at noon, then march to the Federal Reserve Building. The march will end at Kanawha Plaza for a public solidarity rally featuring guest speakers and community art projects.
The police department says it is aware of the rally, but is not planning any special patrols.
