LOUISA, VA (WWBT) - More help is on the way for victims of the August earthquake that hit Louisa County.
The Virginia Bar Association and the Virginia State Bar have launched a joint program that will provide free legal services to assist those in need.
A fleet of lawyers has offered their services, free of charge.
These attorneys can help victims deal with creditors, landlords or banks.
In the wake of a disaster, legal help is low on the list of priorities for those hit the hardest, but retaining counsel can help save quite a bit in the long run.
