FEMA will not condemn homes, only offer grants

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - If you felt a rumble Tuesday night, you were not alone.

There was a 2.1 aftershock out Louisa around 9:30 Tuesday.

Meanwhile, earthquake victims in Louisa who still haven't filed for FEMA aid, don't need to worry about losing their homes.

FEMA tells us, some homeowners haven't asked for help because they're afraid FEMA will condemn their homes.

FEMA is offering free grants to help people rebuild. If you want help, you can call FEMA at 1-800-621-FEMA.
