Animal Control looking into reports of malnourished horses

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Animal control is looking into reports of neglected horses at a Suffolk farm.

They won't say who owns them, only that neighbors were worried because a couple of the horses looked weak, with their ribs showing.

Officials have been checking into the reports for months, and records show there have been complaints against the same owner before.
