Search continues for missing fisherman

KING GEORGE, VA (WWBT) - The search for a missing fisherman on the Rappahannock River is now in its second week.

The King George County Sheriff's Office has been looking for Randy Robinson since his canoe capsized November 11.

Police are now using airplanes to search the area where Robinson went missing. Divers and rescue boats have been circling the waters every day since he went missing.

So far, police have no plans to end the search.

They are investigating whether there's any possibility Robinson did not drown and was able to make it back to the shore, but police say that's a remote possibility.
