Two more aftershocks felt in Louisa

LOUISA, VA (WWBT) - Many of you reported feeling aftershocks in Louisa Saturday afternoon -- and you were right. The United States Geological Survey confirms two small earthquakes in the county.

The first aftershock, measuring in as a 2.4-magnitude quake, happened at 3:12 p.m. Saturday, approximately 6 miles south of Louisa.

The second, a magnitude 2.3 quake, happened several hours later at 8:06 p.m., approximately 7 miles SSE of Louisa, and 5 miles SSW of Mineral.
