56-year-old Malverse L. Vanloan, of Greensboro, North Carolina, is now charged with reckless driving.

The crash happened just before noon Friday. According to Virginia State Police, the driver of a log truck and a Toyota Tundra pick-up truck were slowing for traffic while traveling in the left lane. Vanloan's bus struck the rear of the pick-up, pushing it into the rear of the log truck.

Vanloan will be arraigned on January 26, 2012 in the Dinwiddie County General District Court.
