Henrico man accused of using wrench in attack

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - A West End driver armed with a wrench is charged with road rage.

Henrico Police say 28-year-old Richard Shreve and another driver started cutting each other off, on Staples Mill Road, then they pulled over into the parking lot by the Dunkin Donuts store.

We're told the pair then started yelling, and Shreve tried to open up the other driver's door.

The driver took off, but not before Shreve hit the car with his wrench.
