"Occupy Richmond" protesters released on bond

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Three of those four "Occupy Richmond" protesters are out of jail Thursday morning.

All of them were held without bond for hours because of their past records.

Richmond police broke up the "Occupy Richmond" protest in Kanawha Plaza early Monday morning. Four of the nine people arrested were Sur Williams, Josh Hunter, Greg Gunter and Josh Kadrich. But these four men were held without bond because they have previous outstanding fines that range from failure to appear in court to trespassing.

Williams, Hunter and Gunter were all given the chance to post bond, Kadrich is still in jail but has a bond hearing this morning.

The others are expected to appear in court on new charges on November 21.
