RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - State leaders are still trying to figure out how they'll help homeowners pay for the damage from August's earthquake in Mineral.
State Senator Ed Houck is proposing a tax credit for homeowners paying for repairs out of pocket.
The bill would only cover repairs and not home improvements and only people without earthquake insurance would be eligible.
