RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - The lawyers of the man accused of killing his ex-girlfriend and UVA lacrosse player, Yeardley Love, are now seeking access to her medical records.
George Huguely's lawyers believe Love died from an irregular heartbeat caused from taking a prescription drug and drinking alcohol.
A judge sealed Love's medical records except for information about Love's prescription for Adderall.
A court hearing is scheduled for Wednesday.
