Free gas give-away shut down

LOUISA, VA (WWBT) - What was supposed to be a free gas give-a-way by a generous church this morning, turned into a traffic disaster and police ended up shutting the whole thing down.

Peach Grove Baptist Church in Louisa was celebrating its anniversary by giving out $25 worth of gas to 100 people at a Shell station. But police told us that since there were so many cars, people were having trouble getting in and out of the station, so they shut the event down.

Needless to say, people who were in line for the free gas were disappointed.
