Crews clear tree from Interstate 64

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - The ride on Interstate 64 should be much smoother now that crews removed a tree blocking lanes, that caused a number of accidents last night.

This happened in the eastbound lanes at milemarker 167 near the Oilville exit in Goochland county.

State police tell us at least two tractor trailers and one car hit the tree.

We're told two people had minor injuries and are expected to be okay.
