CHESTERFIELD, VA (WWBT) - Dr. Anna Vedina is helping patients fighting osteoporosis.

She recommends they stay active/exercises, eat dairy and get sun exposure.

Usual treatment is calcium, Vitamin D and anti-osteoporosis medicine.

If you suspect that you have osteoporosis, ask your doctor to test you for it.
