Justin MorganRICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - We have an update to an early morning shooting in Richmond's Shockoe Bottom.
The victim, 20-year-old Justin Morgan, has died. He was being treated for gunshot wounds to his face.
Police arrested 21 year old Kerod Richardson just minutes after the shooting that happened around 2:00 a.m. Saturday, on 18th street outside Have A Nice Day Café.
Richardson is facing charges of malicious wounding and use of a firearm, but police are expected to press more charges.
