Rescued Yorkies now available for adoption

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA (WWBT) – All 30 dogs, mostly Yorkies, seized from the home of a Powhatan man, are now in the custody of the Richmond Animal League.

Powhatan authorities removed the dogs last month from Randy Odum's house during a drug bust. A judge ordered the dogs be forfeited to the county. Odum did not appeal the decision.

Richmond Animal League is now accepting applications for adoption.
