Injuries related to the storm

HENRICO, VA (WWBT) - In Henrico, Dr. Sheila Clasbey is dealing with a number of different injuries related to the storm.

Injuries can be anything ranging from burns from candle wax or cooking on grills, pulled muscles from cleaning up trees, limbs and debris and wounds that have gotten infected.

Make sure you wear gloves to work outdoors and know your capabilities and limitations.

You can get advice before you self treat any injury.  If you felt something pop or snap, or if you have numbness or loss of use of a part of the body, go to the emergency room.
