Crews work to pull boat from James River

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Irene's wrath is drawing crowds to the Rockett's Landing Area.

On Saturday, crews there were working to pull a 74 foot long boat out of the James River. They've been working to bring it up all week, after it sunk in the hurricane.

Saturday, they tried using cranes to lift it out of the water. The boat was supposed to open this week as a new restaurant, owned by the same management as Poe's Pub.
