Stay with NBC12 for the very latest on Hurricane IreneASHLAND, VA (WWBT) - In advance of Hurricane Irene, the town of Ashland will be holding an emergency preparedness meeting Friday night.
Town council and the police department will be on hand to answer questions about preparing for the storm.
The meeting runs from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Masonic Lodge on Berkley Street.
