Aftershock hits Virginia overnight

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - The U.S. Geological Survey confirms that at about 1:07 a.m. Thursday, a 4.5 magnitude aftershock was felt out of Mineral, VA.

This has been the largest recorded aftershock since the earthquake shook the east coast Tuesday afternoon.

One big concern in the aftermath of the earthquake and the aftershocks is the North Anna nuclear power plant that is near the epicenter.

Dominion says they have not been notified of any problems.
