Update: Lawsuit against SportsQuest filed in Nevada

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -We have an update on that lawsuit against SportsQuest in Chesterfield.

We heard from SportsQuest CEO, Steve Burton, Thursday who told us he will not comment on the pending legal battle.

A Las Vegas sports company filed suit against SportsQuest and the company's President of Sports Development, Tony Tucker.

The suit alleges Tucker, who worked for the Las Vegas firm in 2008, quoted tuition rates to clients higher than the standard fee.

According to the suit, once tuition was paid, the company took its standard rate while Tucker pocketed the rest.

It also alleges Tucker gathered the company's confidential and proprietary information to help start SportsQuest.
