CHESTERFIELD, VA (WWBT) - Dr. Judith McKenzie is helping her patients with migraine headaches at Primary Health Group-Johnston-Willis.

Migraines are often triggered by something. Among the known causes - a lack of sleep, skipping meals, and heat exposure.

As early as possible, treat your migraine. Even over the counter pain relievers will work if used early enough.

If your migraines are affecting your ability to function, discuss medication options with your doctor, including medications that can prevent headaches.
