HENRICO, VA (WWBT) - Dr. Lauren Goode is helping her patients with fatigue, which can be an offshoot of heat.

Be sure to drink plenty of water. Get plenty of sleep each night - at least 8-9 hours. Exercise regularly.

Increase water intake and sleep. Increase fresh fruit and vegetables in diet. Engage in cardiovascular exercise at least 3-4 days per week.

See your doctor if simple steps don't improve the situation.
