You may be experiencing a heat stroke if you suffer from a headache, disorientation, fatigue, seizures or hallucinations.
To curb the heat stroke, get the person indoors, remove clothing and gently apply cool water to the skin by fanning to stimulate sweating.
You can prevent heat stroke by drinking plenty of fluids. During outdoor activities, take frequent drink breaks and mist yourself with a spray bottle.
